Payment terms are always 14 days net in cash, unless otherwise agreed.
A booked trip can be canceled up to 48 hours before driving free of charge.
If canceled up to 24 hours before date of travel, 50 percent of the trip will be charged.
If canceled less than 24 hours before travel, the full amount will be paid.
However, the customer is always liable for any outlays that are not refundable by the 3rd party upon cancellation of the ride. For example, ferry crossings, hotel rooms, entrance tickets and the like.
The company's services are delivered at the time and place stated in the order confirmation sent.
