DitoBus Excursions

Payment:

Payment terms are always 14 days net in cash, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation policy:

A booked trip can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the service.

If cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the service, 50 percent of the amount will be charged.

If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the service, the full amount will be charged.

However, the customer is always liable for any costs that are non-refundable by third parties, e.g. ferry crossings, hotel accommodations, entrance tickets, and similar expenses.

For larger events where 3 or more buses are included in the booking, these cancellation rules apply:
A larger event can be cancelled up to 14 business days before departure – free of charge.
For cancellations up to 7 business days before departure, 50% of the full amount is payable.
For cancellations less than 7 business days before departure, the full amount is payable.

Delivery:

The company's services are delivered at the time and place stated in the order confirmation sent.

National, regional or local closures of areas that prevent access to hotels, restaurants, attractions, sights, etc. the company can not be held liable for and not compensated in this case.

Fuel surcharge:

Due to fluctuating oil prices, we unfortunately find it necessary to apply a fuel surcharge, unless otherwise agreed.

The fuel surcharge is variable and is calculated on a weekly basis in order to account for significant fluctuations in fuel prices.

The applicable fuel surcharge on the day of the journey will be invoiced.

The surcharge may increase or decrease during the contract period without affecting the base bus price, and it will be stated separately on the invoice.
